Butter Making

Julia is shaking her jar full of heavy whipping cream.

Everyone agrees, the butter is delicious.

In celebration of reading Justin and the Best Biscuits in the World, the fourth grade class made home-made butter to spread on biscuits.  We topped our biscuits off with honey and apple butter.  The honey worked perfectly with our science curriculum since we recently learned about how bees communicate to their hive where a nectar source can be found.
